The best Japanese restaurant I've found in France since arriving here 4-5 years ago. Every other sushi shop always gets the rice wrong, this place has nailed it. Everything tastes so delicious! This was one of the things I missed about New Zealand (great sushi), and now I don't have to feel homesick about that. Thank you so much!

Sans discussion le meilleur sushi de Toulouse et des environs. La qualité des produits est exceptionnelle. Il vaut mieux commander sur leur site en avance sinon vous allez attendre un moment par contre ! Mais si vous avez la patience, ça en vaut clairement la peine. Nous avons mangé sur place et à emporter. Sur place l'attente peut être assez longue et à emporter aussi mais si on passe la commande assez tôt l'attente sera réduite.

Petite pépite de L'Union, ce restaurant de cuisine japonaise nous régale par ces produits frais. Le choix du menu est varié et tous les plats sont cuisinés à la minute. Non, ce n'est pas un n-ième vulgaire point de vente de makis à emporter. Le service est très agréable et amical, tout en sourire. Si vous êtes pressés, pensez à pré-commander ou à réserver une table dès l'ouverture du restaurant. Car, qui dit que tout est frais et que rien n'est préparé à l'avance, dit sushis façonnés à la main à la commande. L'attente pourrait être longue si vous êtes dans les derniers. La petite salle est très agréable et tous les détails de décoration et du service à table favorise encore plus l'accueil ici.
